Delivery of orders will be via Courier Guy or our own drivers.
Local deliveries for parcels up to 15kg will take 1-2 working days from date the order is ready. Local deliveries for parcels 15kg & heavier will take 1-3 working days from date the order is ready.
Delivery to major cities will take place between 2-4 working days (Monday – Friday) from the date you are notified the order is dispatched. 1-3 Working Days to be added on to transit times to regional areas. Express deliveries will take 1-2 working days from date order is ready.
There are no regional surcharges, however:
In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. There may also be towns with a special surcharge – these will display the surcharge amount next to them. Examples of special delivery areas include: mines, power stations, plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, game lodges, ports / harbours, consulates. In this instance you will be contacted prior to delivery.
Orders may also be collected from our offices in Honeydew: Unit 3, Five Star Business Park, Juice Street, Honeydew. Our office hours are from 8h00 – 16h00.
Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
